IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

Account Numbers
If you are not sure of your account number, please call the credit union to verify this information.

ATM Cards / Debit Cards / Credit Cards
No card numbers are changing, so you will not receive any new cards. All cards will work throughout the conversion.

Online Banking
Online Banking is live and ready to use. If you were previously enrolled in Home Banking, you are enrolled on the new platform. Your username should be the same as it was in the old system. If you don’t remember your username or it will not work, please call us and we can give you the correct user login ID. When you first log on, you will be asked for a PIN number, which will be the last four digits of your social security number. After you enter your PIN for the first time, you will be prompted to change your security code, which is your password. Your password must contain at least two letters and two numbers. Your OLD security code is the last four digits of your social and then you can create a new password to use. Once you change your password, you will be promoted to create a security phrase. This can be anything you want it to be, and it will pop up every time you log in to verify it is you trying to log in. Finally, you will be asked to answer three security questions. The answers cannot be the same word and they need to be four or more characters long.

If you were never enrolled in Online Banking, please click to enroll as a new user. You will be asked for your member number (call our credit if you don’t know this) and PIN number which is the last four digits of your social security number.

Mobile Banking App
Our new app is available. Once you set up Online Banking, you can download the app directly from it. In Online Banking, click on the Self Service tab and under Additional Services, click on Mobiliti. This will open a new screen and prompt you to enter your cell phone number to receive a link to the app. You can also find the app by searching “HealthCare First CU Mobile” in the store. Mobile Deposit will be available on Wednesday, March 6th.

Bill Pay
Bill Pay can be enrolled in via online banking. Once you are logged into Online Banking, click the Self Service tab and under Additional Services click Enroll in Bill Pay. You will have to rebuild all your payees, schedules, transfers and bill pays. If you need your old vendor list, please contact any office and we can send that to you.

Telephone Banking (VRU)
Please note that all checking accounts will now be numbered as “75-79” and money market accounts will be numbered as “80.” When you use telephone banking, it will mention these numbers instead of the ending numbers of your checking accounts. Please call 1-800-334-8166 for telephone banking. You will be asked for your member number (please call an office if you don’t know this) and your PIN which is the last four digits of your social security number.

Balances During Upgrade
All balances have been updated and are live.

Statements & E-Statements
If you were previously enrolled to receive a paper statement and/or an E-statement, you are still enrolled with the new system.
