SYSTEM UPGRADE AT A GLANCE
In order to better serve our members, HealthCare First Credit Union will be upgrading our system on the weekend of March 1-3, 2019. After the close of business on February 28, your accounts at the credit union will be integrated into the new system. During this time, all transactions will be processed but members will have limited accessibility to accounts, account balances and transaction detail. Therefore, please make adequate financial arrangements beforehand.
THINGS THAT WILL NOT CHANGE
- Credit union name
- Credit union routing number
- Your checks
- Telephone numbers
- Office hours and locations
- Office hours will be affected on Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2 (see below)
- Website address
IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION
Most account numbers will not be changing, but please call the credit union if you set up online banking or future ACH’s to verify your correct account number.
ATM Cards / Debit Cards / Credit Cards
No card numbers are changing, so you will not receive any new cards. All cards will work throughout the conversion, but there will be limited accessibility to balances from Thursday, February 28th starting at 3 PM through Saturday, March 2nd at 10 AM. Please make adequate arrangements prior to Thursday.
Online Banking will be turned off on Thursday, February 28th at 4 PM and be unavailable on Friday, March 1st. If you are currently enrolled in Home Banking, you will be enrolled on the new platform once our system is in place. Your username will not be changing, however, when you first log on it will ask you for a PIN number, which will be the last four digits of your social security number. Once you are logged into your new account, it will require you to create a password.
Mobile Banking App
Our current mobile app, Access24, will be shut off on Thursday, February 28th , and will be unavailable on Friday, March 1st. Our new app will be available to download on Monday, February 25th, but it will not be live until Saturday, March 2nd. Remote Capture will be unavailable until Tuesday, March 5th.
Bill Pay will be converting to a new platform on March 1st. It will be turned off at 4 PM on Thursday, February 28th and will be unavailable on Friday, March 1st. Please do not schedule any payments past Thursday, February 28th because they will not go through. Once the new system is integrated, you will have to re-enroll in Bill Pay; your information will not be carried over. You will have to rebuild all your payees, schedules, transfers and bill pays. Please be sure you go into Bill Pay prior to February 28th and print your vendor list and scheduled payments to make it easier for you to rebuild this in the new system.
Telephone Banking (VRU)
Please note that all checking accounts will now be numbered as “75-79” and money market accounts will be numbered as “80.” When you use telephone banking, it will mention these numbers instead of the ending numbers of your checking accounts.
Balances During Upgrade
There will be limited access to account balances from the end of day on February 28th through Saturday, March 2nd.
Statements & E-Statements
If you are currently enrolled to receive a paper statement and/or an E-statement, you will also be enrolled with the new system.
Direct Deposit / Automatic Payments / Loan Payments
All scheduled transactions during the conversion will take place on the next available business day.
Office Hours During Upgrade
All offices and drive ups will be CLOSED on Friday, March 1st while we upgrade to our new system. Saturday hours are 11 AM – 2 PM for our Franklin Street, Richland, Duncansville and Hospital offices (all other offices will be closed).
Please call us at 888-296-8728 or email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
All of us at HealthCare First Credit Union thank you for your patience during our conversion and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We look forward to working together through this transition and then celebrating the success with you!
